Foreword

Abstract

This issue of the Legal Education Review has involved the efforts of many people, mainly academics, who have volunteered their time and expertise with little thought of reward or recognition. Special thanks needs to go to the Faculty of Law at UTS and Professor Michael Adams for the support provided through the ALTA office. Thanks are due to the members of the 2006 Editorial Committee for their work in putting this issue together — Dr Sam Hardy, Dr Nick James, Associate Professor Nan Seuffert, Mr Allan Chay, and Professor Paul Moyle. Many thanks are due to Samantha McGolrick who has administered the Review with such enthusiasm and to Tristan Skousgaard who worked on the very detailed aspects of editing the contributions. Gratitude is due by both the authors and the editors to our referees who spend many hours of their own time reading and commenting extensively on the papers in order to encourage and support our contributors. Their efforts are always respected and genuinely appreciated. All the articles and teaching notes in this issue of the Review have passed through a double blind refereeing process. Submissions of articles for inclusion in the 2007 edition (Vol 17) are due by 30th April 2007. There will continue to be one issue in 2007. The Review now follows the Australian Guide to Legal Citation (2nd ed, Melbourne: Melbourne University Law Review Association, 2002) Style Guide.
