Abstract

In this book, a panel of thought leaders share invaluable practical guidance focusing on attorney talent. The traditional law firm model dedicated few resources to talent management. Fortunately, as law firms have changed, so too has the profile of the talent management specialists leading the change. These specialists are increasingly well-qualified professionals and chief executive officers of internal education-focused business units. They are proactively engaged in discussions with law firm leadership about, and their success is measured against, an ability to produce well-trained and qualified attorneys that consistently deliver on the firms ever-changing business performance goals.
