Abstract

Extract

The aim of this text is to provide a clear and relatively comprehensive account of the current law relating to land in Australia. It is primarily aimed at the undergraduate student embarking upon the subject for the first time and, to that end, the focus is very much on explanation and illustration of basic concepts. The chapters are designed to assist the student in that understanding, with both problem-solving checklists and suggestions for critical review being a feature. It is hoped that die text itself, and the additional commentary, will provide a helpful coverage of the intricacies of the subject, which are considerable.
