Aims & Scope

The IJBF is a blind peer reviewed journal published internationally and printed in Malaysia since 2003 at the University Utara Malaysia, Kedah, Malaysia, University Press.

Since its inception, the editorial team has worked independently to ensure that the selection of papers follow the rigorous process of initial editorial review followed by the blind peer review process.

In the six volumes that were released during 2003-2009, the published articles spanned equally across banking and finance. By the end of 2009, 69 articles appeared in six volumes, representing about eleven articles per year, in two issues per volume.

Since 2005, the IJBF has been listed in the Cabell List of journals in the USA (see Volume 2 of Accounting & Finance).

The IJBF has already applied to the Excellence in Research Australian listing. ePublications@bond is indexed by Google and Google Scholar The Editorial Team is also pursuing listing by 2010 in the following index services:

The Editorial Team of the Journal is determined to enhance and bring the journal to a level of recognition parallel with most of the current premier journals.
