Author Information: Su Hao is a Professor in the Department of Diplomacy at China Foreign Affairs University. He received his B.A. and M.A. degrees in History and International Relations at Beijing Normal University, and his Ph.D. in International Relations at the China Foreign Affairs University. He completed post-doctoral study at the University of London and was a Fulbright scholar at Columbia University and at the University of California, Berkeley. He has published books and articles on China’s foreign policy, security issues, international relations in the Asia-Pacific region, and East Asia cooperation.
