Submissions

Instructions for Authors

Contributions are invited from practitioners and legal scholars worldwide.

We welcome the submission of articles (between 6,000 and 12,000 words excluding footnotes) and case notes and book reviews (up to 3,000 words) for publication in the Review. In exceptional circumstances the Editorial Committee may consider longer or shorter articles, depending on the quality of the article. Keywords and an abstract of up to 200 words must be included with all manuscripts.

The manuscript citation style should conform to the most recent edition of the Australian Guide to Legal Citation including formatting, as published by the Melbourne University Law Review Association Inc. Authors bear all responsibility for the accuracy of all references contained in the manuscript including case names and citations.

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished work. The Journal does not accept for consideration articles that have been submitted to other journals with a view to publication. Please note that the Review reserves the right to reject any article, inter alia, because in the Editors’ opinions it has little relevance to the Review’s readership.

Please submit manuscripts electronically in Microsoft Word format to the General Editor, Bond Law Review, via email at
