LEADR was, and still is, driven by true believers in the benefits of noncurial conflict resolution: believers in the benefits of dialogue and consensus. During its 13 years of existence many hands have shaped the organisation and the direction it has taken. Originally exclusively for lawyers, by 1998 it had become inclusive of any parties interested in ADR.
