Senior executive appraisal mediation (SEAM) i s a process in which senior executives of large organisations that are in dispute join a panel with an independent neutral to appraise the dispute, in which they have not personally been involved. They take into account both the rights and the interests of their respective organisations with a view to resolving the dispute.
