Not surprisingly, this book deals with all aspects of negotiation. The book begins by recognising that a large part of a lawyer’s practice involves negotiation. However, until recently, this essential aspect of the practice of law has not been a part of formal training for lawyers. The book aims to remedy this gap by providing a practical manual about negotiation for law students and practitioners.
